. I am a college student, about to start my second year at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, with a double-major in psychology and ethics. The eventual idea is to find a career in neurology.

. I am an athlete, very devoted to running, working out, fitness, and overall general health.

. I am a little bit of a cynical philosopher, which is my primary motivation for blogging as much as I have the past few years.

. I’m a little complicated, so it’s easier to learn about me by talking to me.

.  Named mind and body for the idea that mind and body work in conjunction to create a functioning being that is a balance between machinery and sentience, and that all things in our lives somehow affect this balance and who we are as people.

. Will not be successful without readers! Let me know what you want to read, guys. I’ll do research, and I’ll write about what you want to hear about, in addition to what I feel like blogging.

. Will be about anything and everything, although the tagline specifies health and entertainment. I’ll probably talk about video games and psychology, but you can also expect a lot of ethical/philosophical discussion.
